An idea.
A path towards healthy high performance.
Together, Ed and Jake created MindsetOS to bring elite coaching into the hands of everyone, helping people unlock high performance while enjoying the process.
Created by performance psychologist and executive coach Ed Cornfield, MindsetOS™️ is the result of over 15 years exploring human potential. Ed noticed patterns in how people respond to life: some create friction and stress, others energy and ease. From these insights, he developed a practical map of human development, showing where you are now and the path toward greater growth.
Co-founder Jake Hewlett, with 15 years leading high-performance teams from Google to fast-growing startups, arrived at the same insight: mindset is the critical factor in performance. He experienced firsthand how coaching can transform both results and enjoyment of the journey, but also how hard it is to make coaching accessible at scale.
